POOL

Pool passes can be obtained at the
Management Office with proof of residency. Please watch future Newsletters and the WMH Information Channel #918 for updates.

Note that the green plastic pool passes that were issued are permanent and a $15.00 charge will be required for any lost passes.

COMPACTOR  RULES

Please do not leave television sets, computer parts, antifreeze, car batteries, tires, fluorescent light bulbs, paint, oil, propane tanks, smoke detectors at the compactor.
     It is for household trash only.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR UNIT

Exterior changes: Unit owners are reminded that you can do nothing that changes or impacts the exterior of the buildings, decks, or garages. If you plan to install a satellite dish, put in new patio doors (sliders) or any other doors or windows, you must call the office, fill out applications of contracts, then, obtain approval. Failure to do so could result in significant charges to you (as much as $1,000 or more) after the fact.

 Interior changes: Unit owners may make any changes they wish as long as it does not affect the structural integrity of
the building. Notify the Management Office if the changes require the services of a licensed contractor and building permits.

SATELLITE DISHES

The installation of satellite dishes must conform to standards set by the Condominium Association to insure that common property is not damaged. Check with the WMH Management Office for proper guidelines prior to installation.
You must obtain written approval.

STORM DOORS

There is only one approved storm door design. Please contact the WMH Management Office if you intend to install or replace one.

You must check with the WMH Management Office prior to window and/or door (including sliders) replacement.

 CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

If you need a certificate of insurance and your bank is
telling you yours has expired, contact the Association's insurance agent:

PET OWNERS

Pet owners are reminded to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of their refuse. Pets must also be registered with the WMH Management Office.

SAFETY REMINDERS

 

CONDO PAYMENTS

Condo fees are due on the 1st of every month. Please be sure to mail them to Boston on time. Do not wait for the last minute. If payment is not POSTED to your account by the 10th of the month, a late charge of $30.00 will be added to your account.

If you prefer, arrangements can be made for a monthly automatic Direct Debit from you checking account. If you have any questions regarding this procedure, please call the WMH Management Office.
